The development is located at km. 11 Gran Via in La Manga del Mar Menor. In frontline Mediterranean and about 50 m of the beaches of the Mar Menor. At about 1km there is a new shopping center with supermarkets, hairdressers for ladies and gentlemen, pharmacy, banks and the Tomas Maestre marina with a wide variety of leisure and water sports. This apartment resort has been recently built on the seafront and features unique facilities, furnishings, electrical household appliances and decor, all selected with great care.
