The house is also close to well-known fishing waters such as Kvitsleströmmerne and Dammån. There is a lot to experience near the cottage. In Arvesund there is a museum, a harbor café and the S/S Östersund. It is close to Bydalen and Höglekardalen with the possibility of mountain hiking and hiking.
