The property is surrounded by a high wall and attracts on warm summer days with a wonderful refreshing pool. The covered terrace allows you to watch your children playing, and you can also enjoy your vacation reading. There is also a playground for the little ones. The proximity to the towns of Rovinj and Pore?, which you can reach in a few minutes by car, makes the house an excellent vacation base.
