Description of holiday home: Semi-Detached - Zminj in Rabac

This beautiful semi-detached house is located in the small medieval town of Zminj in central Istria. It is furnished with beautiful and cozy furniture and allows for a pleasant stay. Located on the outskirts of the town and surrounded by a lot of nature, the house offers guests a nice ambience both inside and outside. You can enjoy the fenced property, the beautiful outdoor pool and the covered terrace with garden furniture. On the first floor there is the living area, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom, while on the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and the toilet. If you are vacationing here at the end of August, you should visit the local festival Bartulja. We also recommend you to visit the local konobas, which offer local food and wine at very reasonable prices. The coastal towns of Rovinj, Porec, Pula or the medieval towns of Motovun and Groznjan are definitely worth a visit. Note: The house is located in the industrial area
