The area near Hals and Hou is ideal for children of all ages, because here you can romp on an 8 km long white sandy beach without any traffic. The hilly landscape with its beautiful forests invites you for refreshing walks and in the cozy harbors of Hals and Hou you can watch the passing ships with a real Danish ice cream cone in your hand. On the nearest coast there is a beach meadow. As the nearest sandy beach we can recommend the bathing beach at Øster Hurup.
