The first floor is not inhabited. Enjoy morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the Brac Channel and neighboring islands or shade under the tree with a barbecue and a good glass of wine. You can reach the beautiful pebble beaches in about ten minutes by car. Visit nearby Makarska, full of recreation seekers and various entertainment options in the summer. Note: The owner sometimes stays on the property for the maintenance of the property.
