The vacation home is located in a quiet location, on a hill, outside the village of Povlja, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. The property includes a spacious and shared plot, on which there are two other modern houses, but they are not used. The cottage consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with living and dining area and a large terrace. Power supply via solar energy. Via a footpath you can reach the nearest and secluded bay with rocky and pebbly beach. The last 350 m of the access road to the house is gravel.
